1 General Terms
Mcw5 (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between mcw5 and its members ("you", "member").

2 Account Registration
The following requirements must be met to open an account on mcw5:

- Only one account is permitted per device or household.
- Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a third party.

Mcw5 may temporarily place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit
The following deposit methods are accepted at mcw5: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- Mcw5 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the member's own name.
- Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned.
Withdrawal
KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
Please Note: Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Your own deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
Mcw5 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is awarded.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus can only be claimed once (unless otherwise specified).
- Each bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days.
- A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
- Any bonuses claimed through multiple accounts will be voided in full.
- Mcw5 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements mean you must bet a specified multiple of your bonus amount (e.g. 10x, 20x) before you can withdraw it. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.
5 Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on mcw5:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mcw5 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- Mcw5 is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed during live betting due to internet disconnection.
- The maximum payout limit is set and may be changed at any time by mcw5.
Result Settlement
All bet outcomes on mcw5 are determined based on reliable sources. In the event of any dispute, mcw5's decision shall be considered final. Members may appeal through customer support.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw5:
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
- Demeaning or harassing other members or staff.
- Participating in match-fixing or organised gambling schemes.
Warning: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
Mcw5 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violating the Terms and Conditions.
- Registering with false information.
- Failure to pass KYC verification or failure to submit the required documents.
- Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
- You submitted a self-exclusion request yourself.
Self-Closure
Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw all available funds before closing your account. Submit your account closure request by emailing support@mcw5.im.
